4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on location.
Shipping delays due to courier or force majeure events are not our responsibility.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for all orders with a PKR 100 handling fee.
Refusing a COD order after dispatch may lead to restrictions on future purchases.
