  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., name embossing)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accident

  • Clearance or final sale items

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged:

  • We will exchange it at no additional cost

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging to our support email or WhatsApp

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash)

  • Refunds typically take 3โ€“7 business days to reflect depending on your provider

  • The item may be shipped back to you (shipping charges apply)

  • Return shipping costs are the customerโ€™s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item)
