Thank you for shopping at Zohan Online Store. We want you to love your leather product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., name embossing)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accident

  • Clearance or final sale items


🔁 Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged:

  • We will exchange it at no additional cost

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging to our support email or WhatsApp


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

✅ If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash)

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect depending on your provider

❌ If rejected:

  • We will inform you via email or WhatsApp with the reason

  • The item may be shipped back to you (shipping charges apply)


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item)

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

📌 Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges

  • If your item was part of a bundle or promotion, partial refunds may not apply

  • Returns that do not meet policy conditions may be refused or charged a restocking fee
